Our credits are designed to offer flexibility and value to creators, entrepreneurs, and marketing professionals. While the credits do not expire, please note that once utilized, they are non-refundable due to costs incurred from third-party AI vendors.

4. No Refund Policy

Credits used for BuzzCrafter's services are non-refundable once expended, as they correspond to the utilization of resources from our third-party AI providers.

5. Disclaimer

BuzzCrafter provides its services as is and does not guarantee that the services will meet your specific needs or be available uninterrupted or error-free. We expressly disclaim all warranties, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

BuzzCrafter's liability for any claim arising out of this agreement shall be limited to the amount you paid for the services. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

7. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for how they utilize the content created through BuzzCrafter's services.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement and your use of BuzzCrafter's services are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree not to represent yourself as an employee, partner, or agent of BuzzCrafter unless explicitly authorized.
